Twitter recently launched its first office in Africa.
I joined the Twitter space hosted by @Echecrates on Tuesday with some of the top people in Twitter Africa. It seems like Twitter has a lot of growth initiatives but the preprimary focus of the move is to unlock the potential for small businesses on Twitter to thrive.
While the mission is to grow their presence in Africa, they've chosen to focus mainly on Nigeria and actively recruiting in Ghana.

What do VCs look for in a company? A conversation with Deepak Kamra.
