Who has adopted a meeting scheduling tool into their operations?
What tool did you choose and why?
With the need to set meetings with many people across many time zones (some 1:1, many group meetings), I feel it's time to make that switch. Would appreciate your feedback!
For some reason I have found getting sent a Calendly link to be... impersonal. I remember feeling aggrieved about the experience while simultaneously understanding the need for the tool. Hoping to adopt something that feels more natural for both sides.
Example use cases on my end:
- Student group wants to meet me to review topic ABC. We have set understanding that they can book my time on certain days.
- I want to find a time that works to hold a meeting/workshop for a group that lives in many different time zones but don't know where they live or the schedules they keep. I am flexible about day and time.
- 1:1 meeting coordination. Want to send specific options and a link, plus keep the rapport we've built together. Meaning, I don't want to send them to do the steps involved in a calendly link.
Your advice would be helpful!
