Lead to Win History
The program is based upon a program of the same name that was delivered during the last economic downturn in 2002. Over half of the participants in the 2002 Lead to Win program created a new business in Canada's Capital Region. These new businesses collectively created over 300 jobs and attracted over $90M in investment.
