The Lead to Win website has a growing base of resources available to all Phase 2 and 3 participants.
Participants are encouraged to contribute to the resources and share their knowledge.
Training Materials Freely Available
All presentations are available for viewing and download on the website from the link “Training Materials”.
These documents may be freely shared with your peers, friends and customers.
You are encouraged to aggressively share these materials with anyone and everyone! You are also free to make money off the materials as long as you provide attribution of the source.
Dynamic Documentation and Reference Materials
When you are logged in to the Lead to Win website, you have the ability to edit and extend the documentation in any direction you feel is appropriate. For example, if you have done some research to look at available eCommerce solutions – feel free to create a new page and share your research with the Lead to Win community. You may find that others can offer additional information and you will certainly end up helping one of your peers.
All dynamic documentation is available on the website under “Documentation”. Note that you can select a page to monitor and the website will send you an email when the page is updated or changed.
Questions, Answers, Discussion
If you have questions for the Lead to Win group (no need to be shy!) – please use the “Community Forum” to post and answer questions.
The Forum can also be used to engage in general discussions of interest.
This forum will also provide useful information to future participants in the program.
All information on free offers for Lead to Win participants are posted in this online forum under the topic “How do I access the free service offers available to Lead to Win participants?”
Finding Team Members/Finding a Team to Join
If you are interested in connecting with others to find volunteers for your team – feel free to try “Team Connections”. It’s use is pretty straight-forward – post a job you have open and the nature of the job, e.g. volunteer, full time, part time, advisor.
Let us know what you think and any suggestions you have to make the job board more useful.
On a related note, we are also looking for someone who would be willing to be the volunteer administrator for the Lead to Win job board – tasks include monitoring postings, ensuring proper categorizations are configured, identifying future code enhancements, etc. – generally a low effort job.
Note that the job board software is open source that has been enhanced by Lead to Win. If anyone feels they can use the source-code for commercial gain – go for it.

If you would like to offer a testimonial – short, long, embarassingly complimentary, conservatively appreciative, etc – please send it in an email to lead@leadtowin.ca. If you would like a photo of yourself to accompany the testimonial, also send the photo you wish used.
Website Technology
The Lead to Win website is all based on open source software. It is built around Joomla – a powerful content management system with integrated community capabilities.
If you are interested in using the technology for your business, and wanted to know the details behind what was used, please look at the article in the documentation section “Website Infrastructure”.
